Who We Are
The National Garden Clubs, Inc. is an international, educational, and charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the love of gardening, floral design, and civic and environmental responsibility.

Founded in 1929, National Garden Clubs is the largest volunteer gardening organization in the world.

Growing a Greener, More Beautiful World Together
Our membership includes over 5,000 garden clubs and 165,000 members across the United States, dedicated to promoting gardening, environmental stewardship, and civic beautification. Our members include gardeners, horticulturists, landscape designers, and community advocates passionate about plants and the environment.
NGC takes pride in fostering initiatives like the Plant America program, launched in 2017, to support community gardening and environmental education.
