Four & Five Star Members

National Garden Clubs offers garden club members four educational forums: Environmental Studies School, Flower Show School, Gardening Study School, and Landscape Design School.

A Four Star Certificate may be awarded to a garden club member who has completed all four National Garden Club schools.  Click here to download application form - WORD or PDF.

A Five Star Certificate may be awarded to a garden club member who has completed all four National Garden Club schools and has attained Master Status in all four schools.  Click here to download application form - WORD or PDF.

These certificates are signed by the NGC President and may be presented to the member at a NGC Convention or a state convention (or the member's garden club).
